Account & Data Deletion Request
Playfood and Playfood Driver apps · Effective May 14, 2026
You can request deletion of your Playfood account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how.
Two ways to delete your account
1. From inside the app (recommended, instant)
Driver app: Profile → Settings → Support → "Delete my account".
Customer app: Profile → Account → "Delete account".
Confirmation by SMS code, then your account is queued for deletion immediately.
2. By email (for users without app access)
Send an email to support@playfood.kz with subject "Account deletion request", including:
- The phone number tied to the account.
- Full name as registered.
- (Optional) Reason for deletion.
We will reply within 72 hours with a verification code, and complete deletion within 30 days after verification.

What gets deleted

| Profile (name, phone, email) | Deleted |
| Documents (driver licence, selfie, vehicle photos) | Deleted |
| GPS location history | Deleted |
| Push tokens (FCM) | Deleted |
| Chat messages with dispatcher / customer | Anonymised (sender shown as "Deleted user") |
| Order history (financial records, receipts) | Retained 5 years as required by Kazakhstan tax law (Article 76 of the Tax Code), then deleted |
| Crash logs / device info | Anonymised, kept 30 days |
How long it takes
- In-app deletion: instant queueing, full erasure within 72 hours.
- Email request: verification within 72h, full erasure within 30 days.
